On this Wednesday’s Central Standard, a conversation about the importance of art criticism in the process of art-making and reception. We’ll hear why a San Francisco arts publication called Art Practical devoted an entire issue to our local scene. Joining us for the show will be Patricia Maloney, editor of Art Practical, Saralyn Reece Hardy, director of Spencer Museum of Art in Lawrence, and Amy Kligman, artist and member of the curatorial collaboration Plug Projects.
Oh, Mr. Skidmore never ceases to amaze me. I’m glad someone around him has nurtured his abilities even further than his family has. I have also been trying to get in contact with him for some time now. The work you guys do for KC is far above the sub-par standards of this cesspool of a city(Dallas).
